[Sketch] Ignelum and Diwaelux - The sky lanterns

Ignelum and Diwaelux are both Fire/Psychic-Type, "Brilliance" species. Ignelum evolves into Diwaelux with a Sun stone. They have a new abilty called Kindle and a signature move Pyrokinesis. Kindle works like Flash Fire but it gives immunity to ground type moves instead of fire type moves (when they ignite they levitate *v*).

KINDLE: activates when user is hit by a Fire-type move (including Fire-type Hidden Power). Once activated, user's Fire-type moves deal 1.5 times damage. while this ability is in effect, this Pokémon is immune to damage from Ground-type attacks and Ground-type Hidden Power.

PYROKINESIS: if the target is affected before it uses a move during that turn, the target's move becomes Fire-type.
